Colorado Wheat Research Foundation
The Colorado Wheat Research Foundation (CWRF) partnered with Colorado State University (CSU) helps develops these new varieties, CWRF takes ownership and works with eligible certified seed growers. Royalties for certified seed are collected by CWRF, wheat-related research. These varieties are sold under the rand name PlansGold.

Kansas Wheat Alliance
The Kansas Wheat Alliance is a not-for-profit organization that was founded in 2007 with the goal of maximizing value for wheat farmers from new wheat varieties developed by Kansas State University and other wheat-breeding programs. The Kansas Wheat Alliance delivers modern genetic technology that is not otherwise showing up in wheat varieties, a real economic benefit to the wheat producers and end-users of the crop.

Oklahoma Genetics, Inc.
Oklahoma Genetics, Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c) (5) corporation that assembles an organized manner as group of interested and capable seed enterprises to promote stewardship and publicize and market the use of improved genetics, traits, and benefits of quality Pedigreed seed and vegetatively propagated materials, but also promotes educational programs and scientific research for the benefit of crop producers/markets, and plant breeding programs to meed current and future consumer demands. The formation of the corporation was necessary to market the new protected BASF Clearfield Technology.

the fact that it does very well under both irrigation and
dryland. We have raised this variety for years. It not only has
yields and super straw strength, but we have also seen that it has
outstanding drought tolerance. This wheat loves intensive
management and performs well in Nebraska and as far south

It is what we would call one of our tested and true varieties. KS Dallas has a high-yielding potential and has been a consistent performer for us.
